Head of Community at Quan - employee well-being

Katerina Stepanova's work experience began in 2013 as a Project Manager at QSOFT, where they worked until May 2014. From April 2015 to December 2016, they were a Graphics Producer in the Spanish Department at RT. Katerina then worked as a Project Management Intern at Infonomia from May 2018 to July 2018. In January 2019, they became a Researcher at Het Nieuwe Instituut, where they worked until April 2019. From September 2019 to September 2020, they served as a Learning and Development Specialist at Knack. In March 2020, they founded and facilitated the Sunday Self-reflection Club until August 2020. Katerina joined Quan, an employee well-being company, in September 2020 and held the roles of Well-being Program Manager (Founding member) until September 2021, CS & Well-being Education Lead until October 2022, and currently serves as the Head of Community. At Quan, they built a community of over 330 members in 6 months and organized 3 regular monthly events.

Katerina Stepanova's education history is as follows:

- From 2018 to 2019, they attended Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in International/Global Studies.

- From 2017 to 2019, they studied at the University of Glasgow and obtained an International Masters Degree in Global Markets, Local Creativities.

- Between 2014 and 2016, they participated in Continuing Professional Development courses at the British Higher School of Art and Design, specializing in Graphic Design.

- In 2012, they took part in an exchange program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, focusing on Strategic Management.

- Lastly, from 2009 to 2013, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Finansovy Universitet pri Pravitel'stve Rossiyskoy Federatsii (Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation).

In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained two certifications:

- In October 2022, they completed a psychological work with groups certification from Psychodemia.

- In October 2015, they achieved an IELTS score of 7.5 and received certification from Students International.
