Zohar Kerem

Zohar Kerem is currently the Co-Founder of SustainIO and an Associate Professor of Food Chemistry at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. They specialize in the separation, purification, identification, and study of bio-activities of saponins and polyphenols. Zohar is also involved in product development for food and nutrition supplements, medical foods, natural foaming agents, and preservatives. Additionally, they hold various leadership positions in different organizations and serve as an advisory board member for Eybna Technologies Ltd. and FreshKeep. With a background in Agricultural Biotechnology, Zohar is a respected figure in the industry.
