Previously, Weiss founded and led MSW Innovative, a company dedicated to solving complex challenges through innovative practices. With experience as an I/S Team Lead at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee and Director of Innovation at Unum, Weiss has a proven track record in fostering enterprise-wide innovation, employing design thinking methodologies, and enhancing customer experiences.
