Monét Shannon

Monét Shannon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2006, they started their career as a Staffing Coordinator at Medical Staffing Network, where they worked until 2007. Monét then joined Pulse Staffing as a Staffing Coordinator and remained there until 2014.

In 2014, Monét joined Houston Methodist, where they held various positions over the years. Monét served as a Senior Recruiter from 2014 to 2016 and then as a Senior HR Generalist from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Recruitment Supervisor before becoming an Interim HR Director and subsequently transitioning into the role of HR Director from 2020 to 2022.

In 2022, Monét launched their own human resources consulting firm called HR Mystique. As the Owner of the firm, they provided comprehensive HR services to clients, including recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, and strategic HR consulting.
