Baqar Hasan

Baqar Hasan has over 30 years of work experience in various quality and operations management roles. Currently, they are the Head of Quality at Quanergy. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Quality at C&H Enterprises, Inc, where they were responsible for ensuring product and process quality in compliance with industry standards. Baqar also worked as the Sr. Director of Quality at NEO Technology Solutions, where they oversaw quality management activities and continuous improvement efforts. Baqar also served as the Director of Quality and Performance Excellence at Vander-Bend Manufacturing, Training and Documentation Manager at Boston Scientific, South Bay Area Operations Training Manager at JDSU, and TQM Manager at Lam Research Corporation. Baqar started their career as an Industrial Engineer at Raani Corp. and later became the Operations Manager at Lever Brothers.
