Ossi Niemimäki

Ossi Niemimäki is a highly skilled quantum algorithm researcher at Quanscient since April 2022, with prior experience as an expert in algorithms and principal developer at Disior. Ossi possesses strong expertise in product development, customer interaction, and problem-solving, along with proficiency in processing medical images (DICOM) and advanced mathematical concepts including differential geometry, topology, and linear algebra. Ossi holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Helsinki, where extensive research focused on Dirac operators and symmetry structures in quantum physics. Teaching experience includes lecturing at the University of Helsinki and Tampere University of Technology, with significant involvement in courses related to linear algebra and electromagnetics. Ossi also has hands-on experience in electrical design from an early role as an assistant designer at Tampereen Sähkölaitos.
