Ella Al-Maatooq has an extensive work experience history starting in 1987 at Wroclaw University of Technology as a project leader & developer. Ella then moved on to Gambro, where they held various roles from software developer to clinic automation software specialist. Following that, they worked at Ericsson as a senior software architect and later as a technical manager for the software architecture group. Ella continued their career at ST-Ericsson, where they served as a technical manager for software product line group and software engineering. Subsequently, they joined Gambro again as a software development manager, then transitioned to Baxter International Inc. as a senior manager leading software engineering departments. Currently, they are the Head of Software at Quanta Dialysis Technologies since 2022. Ella has showcased a consistent track record of building and managing high-performing teams and delivering successful projects in the software development field.
Ella AL-MAATOOQ obtained a M.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in 1989. Ella also completed a Manager degree in Leadership from Ericsson's Leadership Core Curriculum in 2008.
