Tim Sheppard is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and media solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at Arqiva since January 2025 and as the Founder & Director of Videre Consulting LTD since April 2021, Tim specializes in aiding companies to grow their video-related businesses. Previous roles include Programme Director at Merapar, VP of Operations EMEA at MediaKind, and Head of Operations for Media Solutions at Ericsson, where significant achievements included delivering over $60M in services revenue. Tim's early career at Cisco encompassed various leadership positions, focusing on video software and infrastructure across EMEA. Tim holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Reading and has completed executive education at Hult Ashridge.
