Ashley Miller

Ashley Miller, SPHR, has a diverse work experience in human resources and operations. Ashley currently holds the position of Vice President HR Operations at Quanta Services, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the same company from April 2017 to April 2023. In 2016, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Quanta Services, Inc.

Ashley also has experience in other companies, such as LUMA Energy, where they held the position of Chief People Officer from March 2021 to January 2022. At Martin Marietta, they served as the Senior Division HR & Safety Leader from July 2014 to March 2015. Ashley also worked for TXI Industries as a Senior Manager Human Resources from May 2012 to July 2014.

Additionally, Ashley has experience at CEMEX, where they had multiple roles including Human Resources Manager from June 2010 to April 2012, Human Resources Coordinator from June 2008 to June 2010, Professional in Development from July 2007 to May 2008, and Benefits Analyst from April 2006 to June 2007. Ashley began their career as a Legal Assistant at Wood Group from 2004 to 2006.

Ashley Miller, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin from 2001-2004. Ashley also has additional certifications including Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (sHRBP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2019 and 2016 respectively. Additionally, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HRCI in January 2014.
