Tanya Teeter

Tanya Teeter is an experienced human resources professional with extensive expertise in labor and employee relations. Currently serving as Vice President of Labor & Employee Relations at Reyes Holdings since October 2022, Tanya previously held various leadership roles at Cargill, including Vice President of Labor Relations and Assistant Vice President of Labor Relations, as well as Business Unit Human Resource Manager and Human Resource Manager. Early career experience includes serving as a Human Resource Assistant at North Middlesex Hospital. Tanya's multicultural experience has been enhanced through international recruitment and employee retention initiatives. Tanya Teeter holds a degree from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business and attended Wartburg College.
