David Flener

David Flener has extensive experience in safety operations within the electric power industry, currently serving as Vice President of Safety Operations at Quanta Services, Inc. since February 2017. Prior roles at Quanta include Sr. Director of Safety for Electric Power Infrastructure Solutions and Power Safety Director for the Eastern US and Canada. David's career began at Northeast Utilities as a Safety Administrator, followed by positions at PAR Electrical Contractors as Project Safety Manager and Eversource Energy as Manager of Field Safety. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Keene State College.
