Glenn Blackwell

Glenn Blackwell serves as the Regional General Counsel at Quanta Services since August 2013, following a reorganization aligned with the company's growth on the Eastern Seaboard. With a legal career spanning over three decades, Glenn has extensive experience in construction law, having previously held positions at Kansas City Power & Light as Corporate Counsel and at InfraSource as Senior Counsel. Additional roles include Senior Counsel at Quanta Services and various associate positions in respected law firms, with a focus on construction, real estate, and business law. Glenn holds a JD from The Delaware Law School and a BA in Criminal Justice and Music from the University of Delaware.
