Michael Gough

Michael Gough currently serves as the President of Quanta Services Puerto Rico, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Gough was the President & CEO of Winco Powerline Services, where business strategies were developed and implemented to enhance revenue and net profit while ensuring quality and safety in production. Gough also held the position of Vice President for Quanta Aviation Services in early 2020, responsible for launching the new venture. From 2015 to 2019, Gough was the Department Chairman at the University of Colorado, overseeing the training and development of military officer candidates. Prior military experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for the I Marine Expeditionary Force, Commanding Officer for both the Marine Aircraft Group 13 and Marine Attack Squadron 311, and strategic communications roles at United States Southern Command. Gough's educational background includes a Master's degree in National Security and Strategy from the U.S. Naval War College, complemented by studies at James Madison University.
