Mike Brooks

Mike Brooks, MS Edu., has extensive experience in safety management within the construction and energy sectors. Currently serving as Safety Manager at Irby Construction since September 2013, Mike oversees safety protocols for the Central Maine Power 345 KV project. Additionally, Mike holds the position of Vice President of Safety at Quanta Services since January 2012. Previous roles include Director of HS&E at PacificCorp from October 2003 to April 2005 and Manager of Skills Training at PacifiCorp from November 2000 to October 2003. Mike holds a BS/MS degree in Technical Education/Safety from Pittsburg State University, earned between 1988 and 1996.
