Sara Sasso

Sara Sasso has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Sara'smost recent role was as the Head of HR & Organization at Quanta System Spa. Prior to that, they worked as the HRBP & Head of HR Solutions, International at Falck Renewables SpA, where they managed five companies within the group and was involved in M&A projects. Sara also served as the Human Resources & Organization Development Manager at Autec Srl and as a Senior HR Manager at Orthofix. Earlier in their career, they worked at Bayer Business Services, COFELY GDF-SUEZ, Teambuilder, MENNTASKÓLIN við HAMRALIÐ - HASKÓLI ISLAND, and ENIT – Italian National Tourist Board, gaining experience in various HR and organizational roles.

Sara Sasso has a Master's degree in Labour Law from 24ORE Business School, which they obtained in 2022. Sara also has a Post Degree in Counseling Psychology from Berne Counseling, earned between 2016 and 2019. In 2014, they completed an Executive Education program in Job Leader at CUOA Business School, focusing on Human Resources Management.
