John Hagen

John Hagen joined Quantech Services in October 2011 and worked his way up to be named Director of Strategic Planning and Proposal Development in October of 2014. He is responsible for providing strategic planning, management, guidance and leading proposal development processes for all corporate pursuits. He ensures the quality and timeliness of persuasive and compliant technical, cost and supporting proposal volumes supporting Quantech’s strategic growth objectives.

Prior to Quantech, John was a Group Manager supporting a Government services consulting company for 19 years leading teams providing comprehensive cost estimating and research activities for several Air Force (AF) programs. He also led teams providing comprehensive financial management and acquisition support for several AF programs. John was additionally responsible for strategic teaming and proposal development activities supporting multiple AF Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) solicitations, leading to 35% revenue growth for the local company presence. Prior to this John was a cost analyst supporting a Government engineering services consulting company for six years.
