Randy Gibson

Director, Northeast Region at Quantech Services, Inc.

Randy joined Quantech Services in October 2007 and worked his way up the management ladder to be named Director of the Northeast Region in July of 2014. He is responsible for leading a multi-disciplined team which provides engineering and acquisition support services to Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) programs in the Battle Management (BM) Directorate, Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate, AFLCMC/XCZ Development Planning (DP) organization to include the Hanscom Collaboration and Innovation Center (HCIC) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Laboratory (MIT/LL). He is also responsible for developing and implementing new business opportunities for the Northeast Region.

Randy is a retired Air Force officer and aviator with over 21 years of distinguished service. He brings a wealth of real-world operational experience and is a decorated veteran of DESERT SHIELD/STORM with over 3,000 flying hours in a variety of KC-135 aerial refueling aircraft. He is also an accomplished program manager and proven leader with over 18 years of extensive systems expertise in Air Traffic Control (ATC), Communications, Navigation, Surveillance (CNS)/Air Traffic Management (ATM), and Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) Systems. As an AF acquisition officer, he led a high performance team of 100+ engineers, acquisition, contracts and logistics professionals responsible for cost, schedule and performance of an ACAT I-III portfolio that included Command and Control (C2), ATC, Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) and Global ATM programs worth more than $3B. His expertise and experience spans the acquisition life cycle from source selection to system turnover and sustainment. He has extensive experience in project/program management, requirements generation and technical definition, logistics, training, budget formulation and execution, system test and cost, schedule and performance management.
