Anand Jha has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. anand began as a student at Sainik School Tilaiya in 2001, followed by a role as a Graduate Engineer at V.M.K.V Engineering College in 2008. In 2013, they were an Associate Software Engineer at CGI, followed by a System Engineer role at Tata Consultancy Services in 2016. In 2017, they became a Senior Software Development Engineer at Harman Connected Services. From 2019 to 2020, Anand Jha was a Senior Data Engineer at Quantela Inc. and NetApp.

Anand Jha completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University between 2008 and 2012. anand also holds A.I.S.S.C.E and A.I.S.S.E certifications from CBSE board, as well as a B.E in Computer Science Engineering from V.M.K.V E.C.
