Stephen Rasdell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership within the chemicals and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at QUANTEM Bulk Liquid Storage & Handling since February 2020, Stephen previously held the role of General Manager for Manufactured Chemicals & Water at IXOM, where significant profit growth and strategic improvements were achieved. With a solid foundation in safety, health, and environmental leadership, Stephen has managed multi-disciplinary teams across various regions, including Australia, the US, and the UK. A graduate with a Master and Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Chemistry from RMIT University, experience also includes key roles at Orica Australia and The Shell Company of Australia, demonstrating expertise in sales, manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and industrial relations.
