Anthony Slattum

Anthony Slattum has a comprehensive work experience in customer care and management roles. Anthony started as a Certified Communications Specialist at Fidelity Investments in 2000 and later worked as a Manager of Customer Care at Lincoln Financial Group. In 2011, they became the Manager of Client Services at GL Advisor. In 2012, they joined Sirtex Medical Limited as a Senior Customer Service Manager, where they received a Distinguished Service Award and successfully implemented various process improvements. Anthony then moved to Mitra Biotech in 2017 as a Senior Manager of Customer Care and Billing, where they developed strategic plans and built strong relationships with business partners. Currently, Anthony is working at Quanterix since 2018 as a Senior Director of Customer Care, where they have achieved team goals and implemented initiatives to improve order management and customer experience. Anthony has also successfully partnered with internal stakeholders and streamlined processes to increase efficiency.

Anthony Slattum earned their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Saint Anselm College from 1996 to 2000. Anthony then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Global MBA from Southern New Hampshire University from 2005 to 2011.
