Walt Carter is an experienced engineer with a background in automated test equipment engineering, embedded system development, and project coordination. Walt has worked at companies such as Quantic BEI, Raytheon, and Texas Instruments, where Walt has been involved in various high-profile projects. With a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Walt also has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Arkansas.
