Aitor Valero

Aitor Valero is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Head of PPA Development at Quantica Renovables since July 2022, focusing on solar energy and storage solutions for large commercial and industrial clients. Prior to this role, Aitor held various leadership positions, including Director of Business Development at Recap Energy and Area Manager at VYNCKE - L.SOLÉ, where responsibilities included developing thermal energy solutions and overseeing projects related to biomass. Aitor also served as CEO of Watt Farmers, managing solar thermal and photovoltaic installations, and held technical roles at Conergy and Iberdrola. Aitor possesses advanced educational qualifications, including an MBA from the Canary Islands Business School and a Master's degree in Renewable Energies from the Universidad de La Laguna.
