Orlando de Jesus

Orlando De Jesus is a highly experienced professional in the field of electrical engineering, currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor at Quantico Energy Solutions since February 2013. With a consulting role at Starboard Innovations, L.L.C. since 2010, Orlando has previously held consulting positions at Beeken Techquest, LTD, and worked as a Technical Advisor at Halliburton from 2002 to 2009. Academic foundations include a Ph.D. and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and a Specialist degree in Project Management, along with an Engineer degree in Electronics from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
