Hoan Pham has a diverse range of work experience in the field of photonics and engineering. They worked as a NPI Automation Engineer at Quantifi Photonics, where they were responsible for developing automated calibration, test, analysis, and validation scripts for new and existing photonics-based products. Prior to that, they worked as a Photonics Engineer at Southern Photonics, where they conducted research and development of optical-based systems tailored to clients' needs. They also gained experience in teaching and research as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at University of Auckland and as a Summer Scholarship Researcher at Dodd-Walls Centre for Photonic and Quantum Technologies. Additionally, they have experience as an Exam Invigilator at University of Otago and as a Product Development Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare.
Hoan Pham completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech. (Hons.)) degree in Optoelectronics from The University of Auckland, from 2013 to 2017. Later, from 2017 to 2018, Hoan Pham pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics from The University of Auckland.
