Devvarat Kanojia

Devvarat Kanojia currently serves as the Manager of Talent Delivery & Operations for Quantiphi since October 2018, overseeing the talent delivery process and optimizing talent acquisition strategies. Prior to this role, Devvarat was the Lead of Talent Partnering & Sourcing and a Senior Partner in Talent Acquisition at Mastech Digital from October 2014 to May 2018, where responsibilities included managing recruitment and delivery teams. Devvarat holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and HR from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kurukshetra University.
