Dipen Shah

Dipen Shah, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Quantiphi, has extensive experience in fund raising, M&A, partnerships, corporate structuring, and corporate strategy. Previously, Dipen held roles such as Associate Director in Corporate Banking at IDFC Bank, Senior Vice President in Project Finance, and Manager in Global Project Finance at ICICI Bank. Dipen also has experience as a Software Engineer at L&T Infotech Ltd. Dipen holds a MMS in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, a BE in IT from Thadomal Shahani Engg. College, and completed their SSC from Dhanamal High School.
