Shilpa Shukla

Shilpa Shukla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery assurance and software quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Consultant at Quantiphi since March 2022, Shilpa leads the implementation of digital quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001:2015, oversees delivery policies, and acts as a product owner for QAssure while managing customer success initiatives. Prior to this role, Shilpa spent over thirteen years at Capgemini, where titles included Lead Consultant, Manager, and Senior Consultant, and began the career at Tata Consultancy Services and Kale Consultants in various engineering and programming roles. Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, earned between 2001 and 2005.
