Tohid Azimi

Tohid Azimi has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Tohid started their career as a Developer at KHCC in 2012 before moving to Exact as a Software Engineer in 2013. At Exact, they contributed to the code repositories and software components of the Exact ERP solution. In 2016, they joined Sitecore as a Software Developer, where they worked on cloud software development and gained proficiency in programming concepts. Tohid then joined Deepend in 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying software for clients using cloud platforms and frameworks. In 2020, they joined AKQA as a Senior Software Engineer before currently working at Quantium as a Senior Engineer.

Tohid Azimi has a strong educational background in computer science and artificial intelligence. Tohid obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Malaya, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in Computing with a focus on Artificial Intelligence at the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT) between 2009 and 2012. Before entering university, Tohid attended Pars High School, where they pursued an A-level degree in Science during the academic year 2008-2009.

Additionally, Tohid Azimi has attained various certifications in cloud computing and infrastructure management. Tohid became a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect in July 2023, obtained the CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification from The Linux Foundation in January 2023, and achieved the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2020. Furthermore, they hold the AWS Certified Developer – Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certifications from AWS, acquired in July 2019 and June 2019, respectively.
