Heather Karakashian

Heather Karakashian serves as the Senior Director of Customer and Carrier Success at Quantix since December 2018, previously holding the role of Service Delivery Manager. In addition, Heather has been with A&R Global Logistics since 2007, where responsibilities included Manager of Service Delivery and Systems as well as Operation Manager. Earlier in their career, from May 1997 to 2007, Heather worked at Alliance Logistics as Operations Manager and Logistics Coordinator. Heather obtained a degree from Central Michigan University.
