Patience Matali

Patience Matali began their career in 2021 as a Senior Correctional Officer/ Community Supervision Officer at the Namibian Correctional Service. Patience then joined QuantRisk in 2018, where they held two positions. As the Head of Human Resources, they were responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Additionally, they served as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President Operations, managing the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the Vice-President.

Patience Matali graduated from the University of Namibia in 2017 with an Honors Degree in English Studies and Psychology (Clinical). Patience studied both English Studies and Clinical Psychology as part of their field of study.
