Seth Funahashi

Seth Funahashi is an experienced professional in the recruitment industry, currently serving as a Partner at Quantum since December 2023, where the focus is on building VC-backed AI, SaaS, and Web 3 Startups from Seed through IPO. Prior to this role, Seth held various positions at True Search from March 2017 to November 2023, ranging from Partner to Principal and Senior Associate. Seth's earlier career includes serving as Account Director at Premier Talent Partners from December 2014 to March 2017, and as Director of Research and Recruitment at HEELUXE, LLC from October 2012 to June 2014. Seth also gained experience as a Physical Therapy Aide at Elite Performance and Rehabilitation Center from August 2010 to February 2014. Seth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara, earned between 2006 and 2010.
