Kyle McGinty

Kyle McGinty has held numerous roles in the technology industry since 2004. In 2011, they began organizing for Silicon Beach Gold Coast and Silicon Beach Brisbane. In 2019, they began working as the City Ambassador for Innovation Bay, Interim Head of Talent / Talent Advisory for Immutable, and On-Demand Talent Acquisition Management for Emesent. In 2020, they worked as a Community Builder for Slingshot Practice. In 2021, they became a Talent Advisory for Quantum Brilliance and Swyftx, in addition to their role as Founder & Partner at Growth Talent Partners.

Kyle McGinty has a Human Resources background, having studied at Charles Sturt & Deakin Universities. Kyle also holds an HSC from St Francis Xavier High School.
