Rajiv Chandrasekaran's work experience begins in 1999 when they served as the Director of Systems Engineering at Fujant, Inc., where they played a crucial role in developing high-power amplifiers for 3G wireless networks. This company was later acquired by Celiant Corp. In 2002, they joined CommScope as a Senior Principal Engineer and eventually became the Director of Engineering, Advanced Technology. During their time at CommScope, they also worked as an R&D Manager. In 2013, Rajiv became the General Manager of the Network Product Line at Rosenberger Asia Pacific, where they led a team and oversaw the development of telecommunication network and distributed antenna system (DAS) products deployed globally by major wireless OEMs and operators. In 2015, they joined Antuit as a Partner/SVP in Engineering and Data Science. Their most recent role is as the CEO and Founder of Quantum Data Technologies, starting in 2017. Under their leadership, Quantum Machine Learning (QML), a real-time data and machine learning platform, has been successfully deployed by major global enterprises, empowering various professionals and enthusiasts in different industries.

Rajiv Chandrasekaran pursued their education in the field of electrical engineering at UC Santa Barbara. From 1996 to 1997, they earned a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara. Following this, they continued their studies and obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara from 1997 to 2000.
