Rich Fox

Rich Fox is an experienced engineer at Quantum Design, specializing in scientific instrumentation for academic and industrial laboratories since July 1991. Prior to this role, Rich gained technical expertise at GRC Electronics from 1983 to 1985 as a VCR technician, repairing various consumer electronics. Rich's foundational experience in electronics began in the US Navy, serving as an ET 3rd class petty officer from 1977 to 1981, with training in BUDS class 101 and SEAL Team 1. Rich holds a degree in physics with a focus on instrumentation, optics, and high-temperature superconductors from Purdue University, earned between 1985 and 1991.
