Cailan Piantek

Cailan (O'Neill) Piantek has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. They started their career in 2006 as an Assistant Account Executive at Fort Franklin, where they handled project management, vendor relationships, and new business opportunities. In 2007, they joined Mintz & Hoke as an Account Executive, taking on strategic communication planning and client management responsibilities. Cailan then moved to Cigna Healthcare in 2010, where they held various leadership roles, focusing on employee health and wellness engagement, engagement strategy, and communication. They also served as a Board Member for Girls on the Run Greater Hartford, contributing to fundraising, marketing, and event planning initiatives. Currently, Cailan is working as a Senior Product Director at Quantum Health.
