Gloria Regalbuto Bentley is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as a Learning & Development Consultant at Quantum Health since December 2015, after retiring as Vice President of Learning & Development. With a robust background that includes roles such as Director of Learning & Development at Georgian Court University and Vice President of Organizational Development at Loras College, Gloria has developed and implemented numerous programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and professional development. Additional experience includes founding the Heartland Academy at Bath & Body Works and serving as President of Seafirst University at Bank of America. Gloria holds a Ph.D. in Social Science from The Ohio State University and has extensive expertise in consulting for various organizations focused on performance management and educational initiatives.
