Lauren Reese has a diverse work experience history. Lauren started their career at FirstMerit Bank as a Customer Relations Specialist/Teller, where they provided quality customer service and completed customer's requests efficiently and effectively. Lauren then worked as a Bilingual Inbound Service Specialist, answering calls in both English and Spanish and providing information in regards to customers' bank accounts and banking needs.
Lauren later worked as an Interpreter Intern at Forest Park Elementary School and Wake Forest Baptist Health, where they utilized their language skills to assist with interpretation. Lauren also served as a Graduate Student at Wake Forest University during this time.
More recently, Lauren has been working at Quantum Health, where they have held several roles. Lauren started as a Bilingual Team Lead and Claims Specialist before moving up to be a Bilingual Assistant Pod Manager and then a Bilingual Pod Manager. Most recently, they have been serving as a Senior Pod Manager and a Director of Pod Operations.
Lauren has demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills throughout their career and has shown a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Lauren Reese obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Spanish from Baldwin Wallace University in the years 2007 to 2011. Lauren later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Interpreting and Translation Studies at Wake Forest University from 2012 to 2013.
