Rachel Borland

Vice President, EPMO & Client Implementations at Quantum Health

Rachel Borland, PMP, PROSCI, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of EPMO & Client Implementations at Quantum Health, they are responsible for managing a portfolio of over 100 client implementations and has optimized the implementation process.

Prior to their current role, Rachel worked at Hikma Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Global PMO, where they managed the Global IT portfolio and implemented an IT Portfolio and Governance process. Rachel also served as the Director of IT PMO, overseeing the integration of SAP and establishing the vision, strategy, and structure for the Global IT PMO.

Rachel created a PMO and Change Management capability at Fiserv, leveraging the PROSCI framework and leading successful quality improvement programs.

At Abbott Nutrition, Rachel established a PMO, implemented project and change management capabilities, and created a PM Center of Excellence within R&D. Rachel also managed a team of six Project Managers and established reporting capabilities.

Earlier in their career, Rachel worked at CheckFree as a Senior Project Manager, managing enterprise-wide compliance and software development projects. Rachel also developed training materials on program and project management methodology. Rachel started their career as a Senior Consultant at Borland Consulting and as an International Engineering Project Manager at Qwest Communications.
