Austin File is a Technical Support Engineer at Quantum Leap since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Information Technology Support Technician at We Solve Problems, where Austin provided Tier I-III technical support for over a hundred clients. Austin completed a Software Development Program at Thinkful, focusing on web development technologies and best practices. Previous roles also include administrative positions at Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard LLP and ICM Partners, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills. Austin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Information from Michigan State University and a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting from California State University, Fullerton.
