Chris Grashorn

Support Engineer at Quantum Leap

Chris Grashorn is currently a Support Engineer at Quantum Leap. Prior to this, they were a Network Administrator at Kraft Business Systems, Inc., where they supported IT infrastructure for over 90 clients throughout Michigan. They also provided remote helpdesk support along with in person consulting with customers. Chris installed and configured switches, firewalls, routers, servers, desktops, laptops, and other IT systems.

Before working at Kraft Business Systems, Inc., Chris was an IT Network Technician at Walker Tool & Die, Inc. There, they helped facilitate all areas of information technology from help desk to server maintenance. This included supporting IT systems for 150 users across two sites, purchasing new equipment, supporting users, and installing various technologies.

In 2012, Chris was a Customer Service Associate II - Electrical at Lowe's Home Improvement. The following year, they became an Event Operations Manager at Davenport University. In 2009, Chris became the Owner/Operator of Grashorn Technologies.

Chris Grashorn has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking from Davenport University.
