Sebastian Orbell

Sebastian Orbell is a skilled professional in the fields of quantum engineering and machine learning, currently serving as a Customer Success Engineer at Quantum Machines since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sebastian held positions including Senior Machine Learning and Quantum Engineer at Quantum Motion, where automated solutions were developed to control spin qubit devices. As a College Tutor at St John's College, Oxford, Sebastian taught Physical Chemistry to undergraduates while simultaneously pursuing a PhD at the University of Oxford, focusing on Bayesian methods for quantum device control.
