Product Manager at Quantum Machines

Serwan Asaad began their work experience in 2015 as a Microsoft Research intern at Microsoft. In 2019, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at UNSW until January 2021. From January 2021 to April 2023, Serwan served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen. Currently, they are employed at Quantum Machines starting from May 2023 as a Scientist.

Serwan Asaad began their education at Cals College Nieuwegein, where they pursued a track focused on Health, Science, and Technology. Serwan completed their high school education at this institution from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they enrolled in Utrecht University, where they earned Bachelor's degrees in Physics and Mathematics. Their studies at Utrecht University concluded in 2013. Following this, they attended Delft University of Technology from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics. Serwan's academic journey culminated at UNSW, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics/Electrical Engineering from 2016 to 2019.
