Laura Garrison

Laura Garrison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and program management. Currently serving as a Program Delivery Manager at Quantum Management, LLC since December 2024, Laura previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at LocatorX, where the focus was on leveraging IoT platforms for product lifecycle management. With a strong background at IBM as Director of Product Management, Laura led digital transformation initiatives for Veterans Affairs, coordinating complex projects and enhancing technical strategies. Additionally, Laura has held various leadership roles at companies such as raft, Booz Allen Hamilton, L3Harris Technologies, and Lockheed Martin, consistently delivering impactful results across diverse teams and projects. Laura holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Florida Southern College.
