Payal Patel CIPD SHRM-SCP serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at LCPS MANAGEMENT INC - Vicar's Landing since February 2023, focusing on enhancing departmental efficiency through technology and transitioning to a new HRIS system. In addition, Payal has been the Director of Human Resources at Quantum Materials Corp since December 2020, undertaking similar initiatives to modernize HR processes. With extensive experience in HR leadership roles at various organizations, Payal has led the HR departments at Child Guidance Center, River Region Human Services, and served as a consultant providing interim HR leadership for non-profits and healthcare sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.
