Maya Hasson Cohen

Maya Hasson Cohen is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success and data analysis. Currently serving as the Lead, Customer Success Business Consultant at Quantum Metric since June 2019, Maya has progressed through various roles in the company, demonstrating expertise in client relations and strategic consulting. Prior to this, Maya worked at Clicktale from August 2012 to January 2016, where responsibilities included leading a team of Customer Experience Consultants and establishing trusted advisor relationships with strategic enterprise clients. Starting as a Research Assistant and then a Data Analyst at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from January 2010 to August 2012, Maya contributed to research in cognitive processes and produced comprehensive reports on data regarding women in education.
