Rocco Farrell

Rocco Farrell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation engineering and product support. Currently, Rocco serves as a Senior Manager in Implementation Engineering at Quantum Metric, having held various roles including Manager, SME Team Lead, and Senior Product Support Engineer since October 2019. Prior to this, Rocco worked at Paytronix Systems from August 2015 to September 2019, leading the implementation department for the branded app offering and managing a team of implementation specialists. Rocco also contributed to account management and feature implementation for enterprise clients. Earlier roles include Kernel Development Engineer at CSR, Systems Engineer at Motorola Solutions, and Drive Evaluation Engineer at EMC. Rocco holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University, completed in 2015.
