Ruben Melkonian

Ruben Melkonian has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Ruben'sfirst job was as IT Manager at VELTON.TELECOM LLC from 1999 to 2000. Ruben then moved to Telesens as Head of the Business Development Department from 2000 to 2002. Ruben then worked as Business Development Director at Miratech from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they became Business Development Director at AVEC Group, where they managed real estate business and investigated new opportunities. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at SBS-Consulting as a Partner, providing marketing strategy development, sales channels development, sales organization development, product development, project development, and trainings. From 2014 to 2015, they were an Account Executive CIS at SoftServe. In 2020, they co-founded https://soilmate.ai/, and in 2022 they became Director of Business Development at QuantumSoft Poland. From 2015 to 2022, they were the CEO of Quantum Inc., a professional Data Science and Software Development company.

Ruben Melkonian obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Technology Management from Lviv Business School (LvBS) between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master in Computers from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics between 1987 and 1992. In addition, they obtained a Mission Impossible Course from Andrian Slyvotsky from Lviv Business-School of UCU (LvBS) in August 2015.
