Sulekha Pednekar-Chaudhary

Sulekha Pednekar-Chaudhary currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Quantum Mutual Fund since June 2018. Prior to this role, Sulekha held the position of Director of Human Resources at JSM Corporation Pvt. Ltd. from April 2015 to June 2018, overseeing HR functions across multiple brands and locations with a total manpower of 1,500. Sulekha's extensive experience also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Ubisoft Entertainment from December 2010 to April 2015, and Head of HR at Josts Engineering from January 2001 to December 2010. Earlier roles include Head of HR at UTV for a brief period in 2000-2001 and a position in Human Resources at Sm. Dyechem Limited Glycols Division from April 1992 to October 1997. Sulekha holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Symbiosis College of Commerce.
