Janiel Barnes is an experienced Insurance Coordinator at Quantum Radiology since November 2022, specializing in verifying insurance eligibility, initiating prior authorizations, and coding medical records for insurance procedures. Previously held roles include remote billing at Dyson Consulting Services, where responsibilities involved data entry, claims verification, and revenue follow-ups, as well as customer service roles at NexRep, LLC, and Liveops, Inc., managing high volumes of customer interactions. Additionally, Janiel served as an Administrative Assistant at South Atlanta Radiology Associates, focusing on insurance prior authorizations and account receivables. Currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University, with ongoing studies at CourseCareers.
