Tracie Gibson

Tracie Gibson is a seasoned business owner with extensive experience in recruitment, currently leading Quantum Recruiters Inc since April 2004. Specializing in sourcing elusive candidates for positions in IT, C-Level executive roles, management, marketing, and finance/accounting, Tracie employs both traditional and innovative techniques to meet the needs of various industries in the Willamette Valley. Prior to founding Quantum Recruiters, Tracie co-founded and served as President of Flexforce Inc from 1996 to 2004, as well as holding the position of President at Selectemp between 1989 and 2004. Tracie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University.
